I noticed in 2002 during my apprenticeship that it really is all about the people here. That's why I opted for CEWE as my employer after my apprenticeship and joined the company as a Marketing Assistant in Retail Marketing and am now Team Leader.
I was quickly able to take on my own projects and today am largely responsible for developing concepts and POS fit-out in chemists' stores, as well as being responsible for Swiss customers and organising internal events. The challenges encountered at the POS are very exciting, as it is all about developing communication tools, which deliver our brand concepts, at the same time as meeting the customer's specifications and request – and often doing so within a very short time-frame! At the same time I also supervise the apprentices in our department and work on special projects with them.
Most of all I love the fact that my work is very varied and that I have fun every day working as part of a motivated team. What is more, we have many opportunities here for further training. Up to now I have taken part in various programmes on methodological issues, such as project management, and have also had additional technical training. CEWE helps its employees to progress and develop – and the range of training courses is so diverse that everyone is sure to find an appropriate course!
