People in my circle of acquaintances always used to speak positively about CEWE as a good employer. That's really why I did a taster work day at CEWE and gained interesting insights into the company. I was very impressed by its size alone. I also like the friendly working atmosphere in the Customer Service Department and it became clear relatively quickly that I would like to do my apprenticeship there.
I thought that it was great that we were integrated really quickly and were not treated like "incapable little apprentices", but rather like equal members of staff and colleagues. We also work very independently and can therefore also demonstrate our input and creativity.
I particularly enjoy the close contact I have with customers when I answer their questions on the phone or offer support when working with the software. Otherwise, apart from phone work, I mainly work in E-mail Support and look after the processing of orders, delivery notes, customer letters etc. Here too, I take responsibility for my work and work independently and – although I never previously would have believed it – can be creative.
