That's why it was also important for me to do my apprenticeship at one of the region's largest employers, and then also to pursue a career in Key Account Management. Now I have been promoted from Assistant to Key Account Manager and now look after the largest retail partner.
During my time at CEWE, I took responsibility from the very first minute and it was also given to me. That is what sets CEWE apart. However, it is essential to make decisions and take responsibility for them. It is a prerequisite, of course, that people are allowed to develop personally and professionally and are also aware of the different training opportunities.
As a Key Account Manager I work with a complete team and therefore have been given HR responsibility. That is a nice reward for the fact that it was always my aim to provide a good service for the company, customers and also for me at all times. That is recognised and appreciated. That is the biggest motivation for me!
