When I was looking round for another employer in 2009, CEWE offered me a position with more responsibility in the medium-term, as well as development prospects and training opportunities. That is not the only factor that influenced my decision to joint CEWE: CEWE promotes an independent work ethic, members of staff are given the space and freedom to express themselves and looking outside the box is actively encouraged. My area of responsibility has thus successively increased. From the very start, I had responsibility for the "Commercial Digital Printing" production system – both in terms of the actual project as well as staff management.

I am above all responsible for coordinating the development and provision of a workflow system, which prepares customer orders for production. I work on an order tracking system, to provide production with greater transparency about the pending work. I also analyse workflows and processes and provide support with planning and technical implementation. I am also responsible for the professional supervision of our apprentices. That means lots to do – but also lots of fun!
