I started in 1997 as an apprentice Industrial Business Management Assistant and was immediately taken on in the HR Department as a commercial employee. Shortly afterwards I was offered the opportunity to be actively involved with the training of the commercial apprentices. I attended a course on training, organised by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), which naturally CEWE paid for. Now I am responsible for commercial apprentices and, for some years, have also been an examiner for Industrial Business Management Assistant apprentices at the IHK.

The real thrill of my job lies in the new topics and issues I have to grasp – and naturally there are plenty of new topics and issues with an innovative company like CEWE! It's all about being flexible, enjoying your work and being able to rely on communication and cooperation with colleagues and your superiors.

Up to now I have always been supported in my development by CEWE and have always been offered ideas and opportunities for further development. That's why I am convinced about being able to evolve, both professionally as well as personally, with CEWE.
