Advanced Customer Services

1. Sales price adjustments
This online service enables you to change the indicated sales prices for photo products for your shop or your website. For further information, please refer to our instructions (PDF).

2. Product range
You can request an up to date delivery programme for your shop, and either open the PDF file directly online, or have it mailed to your e-mail address.

3. Replacement delivery notes
If you have lost a delivery note for a particular date, you can request a replacement online, provided that the respective date is no more than 6 months in the past. You can either open the PDF file directly online, or have it mailed to your e-mail address.
