As a global market-leader and innovation-driver, we never rest on our laurels – technology and processes are constantly evolving. That's why we attach great importance to keeping our members of staff up to date. Do you also have the necessary will to succeed and motivation to constantly learn and actively help to shape the future of CEWE? We offer you appropriate further training opportunities.

As experience alone is sometimes no longer enough to remain at the top, we have a special programme in place for our specialists and (future) executives: The CEWE FORUM focuses on content based on our corporate guidelines. Sounds cryptic? It's not! Discover in our workshops how we jointly develop visions, make entrepreneurial thinking a reality, practise value creation and sustainability in the company or successfully define and achieve goals. But it's equally about creating an innovative team culture, creative and moderation techniques, the right coaching and so many more interesting things that take you – and also CEWE – a step further forward.

CEWE KNOWLEDGE is a broad-based programme of seminars and training courses for all employees for personal and professional further development. From training courses on office applications, foreign language teaching and other specialist courses to individual further training – we have the course to complete your knowledge base. And, last but not least, we also support our employees from case to case with part-time further education courses, for instance in innovation management.

The success story of CEWE started at our headquarters in Oldenburg in 1961. Today we are represented in over 24 countries across Europe, produce at 11 high-tech sites and employ around 3,100 employees.
